What does RPE 10 mean?
You could not have done another rep. RPE 9 leaves about one. RPE 8 leaves about two. Half steps leave half a rep. This is a reading of the set, not a copied chart.
Is this an RPE chart?
No. The reserve is added to the reps you finished, and that count goes through the seven formulas. The median is the training number.
