The number on the page
Seven published formulas each turn weight and reps into a single: Epley, Brzycki, Lombardi, O'Conner, Wathan, Mayhew, and Lander. They disagree, especially past 10 reps. The training number is the median, the middle of the seven, rounded to a load you can put on the bar.
A finished single is already a max, so one rep skips the formulas and returns the weight you typed. Bench, squat, and deadlift each keep their own estimate. The exercise name labels the result. It does not change the equation.
What this is not
It is not a tested max, not a strength-standard grade, and not medical clearance. Use a spotter and a rack for heavy singles. Scores on the Wilks, DOTS, and IPF GL page compare a total with body weight. They are not a placing at a meet.
