Lock the rep out once

A deadlift rep starts on the floor and finishes with the knees and hips straight. Hitching the bar up the thighs, or bouncing it, adds a rep the formulas were not built to read. Straps and a mixed grip can add load too, so compare weeks that used the same setup.

A Romanian deadlift is a hinge from the hang, not a floor pull. Select it on its own.

Are conventional and sumo the same max?

No. Enter the stance you pulled and keep the other one separate.

Do hitching reps count?

No. Count a rep only when the bar moves once from the floor to a locked stand.
